Reporting deadline calculator
Enter the number of workers in a legal entity to see whether it must report its gender pay gap, how often, and by when. The dates follow the EU Directive baseline; national law may set earlier deadlines.
How reporting bands work
Under the EU Pay Transparency Directive, gender pay gap reporting is phased in by the number of workers in each employer. The largest employers report first and most often. Headcount is counted per employing legal entity, so a group with several subsidiaries assesses each one separately unless national counting rules say otherwise.
